Return Policy for Furaha Finds
1. Return Period
General Return Policy: Customers may return products within 3 days of receipt only if the item is faulty or damaged upon delivery. Returned items must be in their original condition, with all original packaging and no signs of use.
2. Return Conditions
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Receipt or order number is required.
Non-returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
3. Return Process
Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at sales@furahafinds.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). In such cases, we will cover the return shipping cost.
4. Refunds
Refund Timing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within 10 business days.
5. Exchanges
Defective or Damaged Items: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@furahafinds.com.
Exchange Process: Follow the same process as for returns. If the exchange is approved, the new item will be dispatched as soon as the returned item is received and inspected.
6. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
